As part of a large art project being done for the ELCA Youth Gathering, Kindred Lutheran Church is collecting clear plastic bottles.
They need the type of bottles where it narrows down to a smaller mouth — like a water bottle. A Gatorade type bottle will not work as the mouth is almost the same size as the rest of the bottle. If possible, please remove the label. They need 5,000 bottles. As of April 1 they had about 1,200.
Look for a trash can with a sign on it at Salem to deposit your clear, clean plastic bottles!
